Trailer Rental
Year Round: 7 night minimum booking. $1000 per week, plus $150.00/day each additional day.
$500 security deposit required to secure booking with full payment of rental fee to be made 3 days prior to reservation date. See our Terms & Conditions linked below for more information.
Delivery & Pick-up
$0.90/km round trip (Minimum $100.00)
Fire Ring & Propane Tank
$50 flat fee, includes 1 full propane tank
Black & Grey Water Flushing Fee
Flushing now included in Cleaning and Turnaround Fee
Generator Rental
$40 per night, $200 max charge. Includes a 10-litre tank of premium gas, plus a 10-litre jerry can of premium gas.
Cleaning & Turnaround Fee
$100/rental (we pride ourselves on providing our customers with a spotless unit every time. Even though it is in our policy to return our units clean, we always go over them top to bottom, inside and out, to ensure that the next customer receives them in perfect condition).
Self Tow
We are pleased to also offer a self-tow option if you wish to avoid the pick-up and drop-off fees. Because this trailer was built with 1/2 ton trucks in mind, just about any one of them can tow it. Just make sure that your vehicle can handle an all-in weight of up to 8000 lbs. All tow vehicles must have a working electric brake controller and 7-pin connector, which Cowichan Campers will confirm before the rental unit leaves the pick-up location. NO EXCEPTIONS, this is for safety reasons. Please confirm your brake controller and 7-pin connector are in proper working condition before you arrive to pick up the unit. Absolutely no refunds for cancellations resulting from an inoperative brake controller or 7-pin connector. All renters who will be towing the rental unit must be at least 30 years of age, with 10 years of driving experience. “N” or “L” driver’s licenses are not permitted. Drivers must have some towing experience. All drivers must be listed in the contract and include a copy of a valid driver’s license. It is the responsibility of the Self-Tow renters to dump and flush the black and grey water tanks. A $50.00 dumping and flushing fee will be deducted from your damage deposit if you fail to do so.

If you are renting from us, you must download, print, fill out, sign and return a copy of our Terms & Agreements to us when you submit your deposit.
